Where do I find it?

• It can only be crafted in your Cottage (long time) using Water, Evening Primrose, Dandelion and Red Marigold
• Crafting time may be reduced 30 by a visiting friend

How do I use it?

• Use it to complete the “Traces of Nature”  and “Color or Dye” quests
• Used for crafting Colorful Fabric
• Used for crafting Dress Design beginning in the Victory Tour portion of the game to gain 20 XP
