Missing an Essential Quest Item - Cannot Continue with Game

Rarely, the game will produce an issue for a user where they are not given the correct quest item(s). A user may or may not experience a “Connection Lost!” screen.

Unfortunately, when this happens some users cannot continue with their quest or the normal game progression. This is a known issue that The Gamemakers are working to resolve. In the meantime, please contact support using the link below.

When contacting Customer Support, make sure to include:

  1. The same email address that you use on your Facebook account (Failing to do will result in significant delays to your request for support)
  2. The name of the quest you’re on, and/or the item you’re missing.
