Cinna asks you to get someFfabric from one of the districts. In this quest, Go to Outside The Hob and trade with Moira for Fabric, then take the Fabric to Celo at The Marketplace for processing. Travel back to The Prep Room and give the Lush Fabric to Cinna.  You’ll need Meat, Fish and Oranges to trade with Moira.
