Rarely, the game will produce an issue for a user where they are not given the correct quest item(s). A user may or may not experience a “Connection Lost!” screen.
Unfortunately, when this happens some users cannot continue with their quest or the normal game progression. This is a known issue that The Gamemakers are working to resolve. In the meantime, please contact support using the link below.
When contacting Customer Support, make sure to include:
- The same email address that you use on your Facebook account (Failing to do will result in significant delays to your request for support)
- The name of the quest you’re on, and/or the item you’re missing.
